Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, no worries – we're here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Unfortunately, returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Attention: We do not offer returns for bulk orders (which is order more than 10 Pcs one time). Or Items requiring additional special expedited delivery services.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not bulk orders

Please note: Do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages without an RMA may be rejected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Opened health or personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Items requiring additional special expedited delivery services
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bulk orders(order more than 10 pcs one time)

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at designlifebar@outlook.com to obtain an RMA and return instructions.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns requested beyond 30 days

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time to post
  3. Contact your bank – some banks process refunds more slowly

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

📌 Important: You must contact us before sending any return and obtain an RMA number. The RMA must be clearly labeled on the outside of your package.

Shipping fees for returns are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you're returning an item valued over $35, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

We are responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. If this happens, contact us immediately and we’ll assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

However, if the tracking shows “Delivered” and the package is lost due to theft, a wrong address provided at checkout, or misplacement, we cannot offer compensation. We recommend choosing a safe and secure delivery location and tracking the package closely.

🔐 Fraud Prevention

For your safety, some orders may be subject to additional verification. If selected, we’ll email you to confirm details. Please respond promptly to avoid order delays.

⚖️ Legal & Dispute Resolution

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy. In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be resolved under applicable law and jurisdiction unless otherwise required by your country’s consumer protection laws.
