Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and ship your order. We do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible!

Once shipped, stimated delivery times for standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days to most countries, including:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Israel, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Norway, France, Sweden, and Spain.

Please note: Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and local customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Attention: We do not offer returns for items requiring additional special expedited delivery services.

🛡️ Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, certain orders may be flagged for additional verification. If this happens, we’ll contact you by email to confirm your information. Please respond promptly so we can process your order without delay.


❌ Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at designlifebar@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order if it has already entered processing or shipping.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order—we cannot change it once the package has been shipped.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

However, if tracking shows the package was delivered but it is missing due to theft, misplacement, or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation. We recommend choosing a safe and secure delivery location and tracking the package closely.

To file a lost package claim, please reach out within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Compensation is limited to the carrier’s coverage policy.
